 +===== Notes =====
 +==== General ====
 +You will need kernel version 2.6.22 or greater for proper hardware support from this laptop.
 +==== Graphics ====
 +Most recent Linux distributions support the ATI Mobility Radeon X1100 "out of the box" in 2D mode. For 3D support you will need to use the proprietary fglrx module. See the guides here for installation details.
 +==== Wireless ====
 +The asus-laptop module that comes with Ubuntu 8.10 makes so that, as long as it is active and loaded, you cant enable wireless, regardless of what method you use. **You need to unload it** after installing drivers for you wireless, in order to make it work.
 +For a complete guide on how to install drivers and unload the asus-laptop module, see this guide:
 +==== Camera ====
 +You will need to install the experimental [[http://|Syntek]] module for support. I don't think any Linux distributions includes this so it will need to be installed manually.
 +===== Summary =====
 +The computer works very well with Ubuntu!
